:: Meet the Manbunnies

"Well, when you travel regularly, you stop at a lot of rest stops and there are certain trends that go on at the rest stops you'll see, little new styles and fashions that are rest stop-y kinda. You can expect to see them at the rest stops. So the rest stops have these stuffed animals that are babies basically. They're baby faces in like a suit, like an animal suit. So like it's a bunny suit, so it's like a baby in a bunny suit or a baby in a koala suit or baby in an elephant suit or baby in a duck suit, you know and they're HORRIBLE! I mean, they're just the most hideous looking things you've ever seen and we scream laughing at them. You know, we just love them. So it became a joke to buy them for Cassidy."

Can you believe Kristen called us “the most hideous looking things you’ve ever seen”? She (of all people) should know that we manbunnies love spying on the band and were bound to hear such remarks! How can little babies dressed in animal outfits possibly be considered hideous (batting eyelashes)? Oh, how she mocks us! At least Cassidy loves and cares for us, even if we made her nephew cry.

Well, that’s pretty much the story of The Manbunnies. We were plucked off shelves at rest stops and placed onto a shelf netting in our new home, Vanna T White. We love the band very much, except those times when they leave us in the van with the heat off. We subscribe to the Russian way of staying warm by drinking a lot. Many wild manbunny parties have been thrown and we tend to blame the aftermath party scene on a clueless band member. One day we stumbled onto someone’s laptop that she foolishly left out so we changed all the passwords and took over their website, including the Sandbox (message board). Now we double the fun and pick on the fans too. The essence of the manbunnies is to make people happy and horrified at the same time.
